I met Baby Planet at the Baby show and my initial impression was a well run family business. I recently decided to purchase a high chair. I had seen one on a big online establishment but decided to make the purchase with Baby Planet based on my previous experience with them.
I regret this now. The high chair I wanted was ordered on 19/06/2020 with a lead time of 7-10 working days. Well this lead time had passed and I emailed them to find out what was going on. They got back to me today (08/07/2020 which is 13 working days from my order) saying that had contacted the manufacturer and had been told there was an issue with the item and it won’t be available until mid September.
Obviously extremely unhappy, disappointed and angry at the situation. My little one is due to start weaning this week and I have no high chair. Also trying to get through to the company is extremely difficult - I don’t think you can blame COVID-19 for the poor communication. The only thing that was good was that they price matched but I’d rather have paid full price elsewhere with the assurity that I would have had a high chair by this week.
I’m still awaiting a resolution to my problem...
They take your money, no goods for 3 weeks now, they don’t reply to your emails or facebook messages. Stay away! Terrible company!

I ordered a mamas and papas XT3 bundle yesterday (12/05/21) and it was delivered today (13/05/21) in perfect condition. I was nervous after reading some of the bad reviews, but honestly I can't fault my experience with baby planet and will be using them again in the future. Prices are amazing and I was kept up to date with email notifications from start to finish with my order.
Just ordered my Oyster 3 from there! the lovely Carla and Jade at the ashby store. They walked us through everything we needed to know and no question was a stupid question, They have been nothing but helpful and I am so glad I ordered my pram from there as a first tome

We had a lovely experience with Susan who was very knowledgeable and helped us choose our travel system. We had a demo for all the items and she even showed dad how to wear their baby carrier the right way which was really helpful.

This company is a complete waste of time. I ordered a pram and delivery said 7-10days.. Its now been 3weeks and still no pram! Everytime i ring them its excuse after excuse..
I've had to contact paypal to claim a full refund.
AMAZING experience. Sarah was brilliant, everything ordered and delivered promptly. Sarah rectified a mistake I made when ordering and had it sorted within a matter of days. 100% recommend. Thank you for making it a lovely experience
Bought a bedside crib during the baby show event, I did not get a confirmation email after purchasing but it did say 2-4 weeks for delivery. I was a bit worried after reading some negative reviews, however just after 2 weeks later I got an email confirming shipping with DPD, parcel arrived the next day and is all in good working order, saved money compared to buying from highstreet stores. 4 stars given as a simple confirmation email would be really appreciated to put customers minds at rest after purchase.
Awful customer service. I ordered pram for my baby as we needed to travel and our old one broke. Week after ordering still no email if its been dispatched so sent an email to find out what is going on. No response. Then messaged them on Facebook. Finally found my order and it turns out that they didn't have my colour in stock. Then wanted to find out what colours they have and only one they had we were happy to go with. Asked to send conformation about colour change and now 2 days later still nothing. All i get is excuses that they work from home and that they need 2 day lead time to answer all questions.
We had to cancel our travel plans as we cant go anywhere without our little one.
Ordered a cot in Dec 2020 for delivery end of Jan 2021. Cot is still yet to arrive despite two guarantees that it would be sent out. Have to chase week on week with no communication from Baby Planet.
Have to sit for over an hour on hold to speak to someone, only to be told they will call you back but they don't.
Still have not received cot. Unacceptable way to do business - Just tell us a realistic delivery date rather than leading us on for weeks. Won't be recommending.
Please avoid this company for your own sake. A month after ordering a pram bundle i contacted them to ask where it was. Only then was I told they’d damaged their stock and so couldn’t complete our order. We missed the Black Friday sales and can’t wait as our baby’s nearly here. They list items they don’t have and we’re still waiting on our refund.
Ordered the iCandy peach with Cybex Cloud Z car seat, base and cup holder via the baby show website on Sunday. Was a bit skeptical considering some negative reviews but it was delivered today - 2 days later! Amazing service and price.
Staff very pleasant and professional.
Leave you to look and don’t annoyingly pester you but are there when you’re ready to discuss prices or need some help.
Would definitely recommend.

I had read some bad reviews about Babyplanetonline which made me skeptical about buying our pram bundle from them, however it was by far the best price we had seen for the bundle that we wanted so I thought it was worth a shot getting in contact with them to see what my initial thoughts were. I gave them a call to ask them about the reviews and they soon put my mind at ease, giving me as much time to ask as many questions as I wished about the products and offering their knowledge. I ordered a bundle on Friday which was due to arrive in February due to stock, and the lady on the phone advised that she did actually have some in stock and could get one out to me - this arrived with me on the Monday morning in full with all of the items packaged and boxed appropriately. Not only are they super helpful and patient on the phone, I can't believe that we received an 11 piece bundle in less than 72 hours over Black Friday weekend. An excellent service - please do not hesitate to use them.
